Marcin is the Head of Talent Acquisition at Kingsdale Mortgage Centre, having joined the company as one of the original five members, he is tasked with growing Kingsdale to become a nationwide and internationally recognized brand. Marcin manages a team of mortgage agents while growing his own mortgage business, servicing clients across the GTA and Southern Ontario. His diligence, prudence, and attention to detail enables him to lead by example and develop a cohesive culture at Kingsdale Mortgage Centre.

Outside of the professional workplace, Marcin manages a diverse list of hobbies including muay thai kickboxing/MMA, golf, snowboarding and basketball.
